A study is stuck on “generating”
Give it a couple of minutes, then reload the page. If it still hasn't finished, open the study and use Regenerate — your earlier version is kept in version history.
My invited member can't see the group
Invites are matched by email address. Ask them to sign up with the exact address you invited; they'll be joined automatically the next time they sign in.
I never got the confirmation email
Check spam for a message from noreply@notify.theezratable.com. You can request a new link from the sign-in page.
Can members create their own studies?
Yes — every account can prepare personal studies. Creating groups and sharing studies with members is a leader feature.
How is the alignment score calculated?
Each section is scored on scripture support, citation quality, and doctrinal guardrails. Sections without a verified citation are capped at 40 and flagged for your review. Tap any score to see its breakdown.
