- Personal sermons stay private to you; church sermons are shared at the organization level and managed by admins.
- Scripture references are extracted so you can read the full passage in the app before you teach it.
Sermon transcription and every AI-assisted summary are preparation aids. You remain the final theological arbiter of anything you teach.
Common questions
How long can a sermon be?
Up to 90 minutes per recording, with files up to 300 MB. A longer service needs a shorter recording; splitting it still uses one allowance per file.
How often can I transcribe a sermon?
A personal paid account gets one personal transcription every rolling 6 days. A church has a separate single allowance shared across the entire organization, started only by its owner or admins. Church-covered leaders do not each get a personal allowance unless they have their own paid plan. Unused allowances do not accumulate, and failed transcriptions do not spend the allowance.
Can I record inside the app?
Yes. Keep the sermon page open and your screen awake while recording and uploading. Keep the page open until processing finishes; if you leave, reopen the sermon to resume any remaining steps.
Which audio formats can I upload?
MP3, WAV, M4A/MP4 audio, AAC, WebM, and OGG are supported. The file must contain audio and be no larger than 300 MB.
Can I edit or export a transcript?
Transcript, summary, and reflection views offer PDF, Word (.docx), and plain-text exports. Transcripts are read-only in the app; export to Word to make corrections. Your edits in Word do not update the original or regenerate the summary.
Who can see my sermon transcripts?
Personal sermons stay private to your account. Church sermons are visible inside your church, where admins control access.
